At Clash, we want to make our custom furniture accessible to you no matter where you are in New Zealand.

That’s where our flat pack option comes in.

A custom flat pack unit, designed and made to your exact measurements; but installed by you, is a great option for those wanting a unique piece of furniture for their home but are located outside the Wellington region.

All our custom panels are precision cut and laser edged, so you can be assured your custom flat pack furniture is made to the measurements you have supplied. All the materials we use including; drawer hardware and hinges are all of the highest quality, unlike your run-of-the-mill flat pack furniture.

Our flat packing process goes through the same custom design process as all our pieces of furniture. Starting with the consult, we listen to your ideas for your ideal unit and get you to take accurate measurements of the space your unit will go. Don’t worry, this is something we can talk you through.

Next, we move into the design phase, producing a 3D CAD drawing of your desired unit for you to view. From there we can make any changes that you might like.

Once you’re satisfied with the final design, we will then send through a final quote for your approval. If you’re happy to go ahead, an invoice will be sent.

Before your flat pack furniture leaves us for its new home, we put it together in the workshop, ensuring your piece fits together seamlessly.

During this process, we label each piece and take a detailed video of your unit being put together. This will be sent through to you so you can easily follow along and install it in your home. This helps ensure the installation at your end goes as smoothly as possible.

Next, we disassemble the unit and it is packed on a custom pallet for sending to you. It then heads off on the courier truck to become a stylish and functional focal point in your home.
